Online Access


EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 30, 2016.

We are pleased to offer online access (OLA) to shareholders of Dupree Mutual Funds through our new account statement vendor Financial Statement Services, Inc. (FSSI). FSSI is a leading document outsourcing specialist firm that is used by top-tier financial services firms across the nation, including banks, credit unions, brokerages, mutual fund companies, and insurance companies. FSSI's electronic presentment solution will allow customers to view their account statements and tax documents online in a secure manner. We are confident that you will find Dupree Mutual Fund's online access (OLA) to be convenient and a pleasant experience.


 

Clicking the "Online Access" link above will take you to a separate, secure site using the olaccess.com domain which will allow you to see up-to-date information about your account online after completing the registration process.

If you have not yet registered online, below are the steps to register your account(s). The registration process takes just a few minutes to complete and is started by clicking the "Register Now" link on the next page.

  1. When prompted for your account number, use the 5 to 8 digit number at the top right of your account statement.

  2. For Social Security or Tax ID number, enter the primary SSI# or TID# associated with the account, 9 digits, without dashes or spaces, then click "Register".

  3. The username (ID) must be 6-20 characters in length. It can be any combination of numbers and letters (upper or lower case) and must contain at least one number and one letter. No special characters (like $ or #) are allowed.

  4. The password referred to as (PIN) must be 6-8 (no longer than 8) characters in length. It can be any combination of numbers and letters (upper or lower case) and must contain at least one number and one letter. No special characters (like $ or #) are allowed.

  5. The username (ID) and password (PIN) entries are NOT case sensitive.

  6. You will then be asked three security questions. The answers to your security questions ARE case sensitive.

Shareholders will be able to view the following: current account balances, account transaction histories, recent account statements, and tax documents. Shareholders will also be able to elect electronic delivery of statements and trade confirmations as well as other forms of literature we are required to mail to you during the year.

Please note that shareholders will not be able to buy or sell shares using the online access module. If you need to place a trade on your account, please call Dupree at 800-866-0614 and we will be happy to assist you.
