Online Access

We are pleased to offer online access to shareholders of Dupree Mutual Funds. Clicking the link will take you to a separate, trusted site using the olaccess.com domain which will allow you to see up-to-date information about your account online if you choose to register. Additionally, we are working to provide electronic copies of account statements and other documents, which will seamlessly link through your online access account, but will take you to a pinnacledatasystems.com domain.
The
registration process takes a few minutes to complete, and is started by
clicking the “Register Now” link below the login box after entering the
online access system for the first time. When prompted for your account number, use the 5 or 8 digit number at the top right of your statement. For example, if your statement reads "Account Number: 101 12345" then the appropriate account number for registration purposes would be just 12345. If it reads "Account Number: 104 40012345, then you would use 40012345.
The username must be 6-20 in length, with at least one letter (in other words, cannot be all numbers). The password (referred to as PIN) must have one letter and one number, and cannot be more than 8 letters/numbers in length. No special characaters (like $ or #) are necessary or allowed for username or password/PIN.
Throughout the system, the password is referred to as a PIN, but it is actually the password (using 6-8 letters and numbers) that you select when you register.
At this time we can only offer read-only access to shareholder accounts. Shareholders will not be able to conduct transactions using the online access module.
Shareholders will be able to view account balances, and transaction histories, modify certain account parameters, and view recent account statements and other documents. We will not be able to offer electronic access to statements or documents received before 6/30/11.
The system is designed to group accounts based on registration names and primary tax id/SSN for each account. Some shareholders may need to have more than one online access account to view all accounts they desire (for example, a shareholder with an individual account and a custodial account for a minor would need to have two separate online access accounts as the primary tax id would be different). Also, due to the specialized nature of IRA accounts, most will require a separate login from the one used for non-retirement accounts. If you are not sure which tax id is the primary one for an account (particularly in the case of joint accounts), generally the primary tax ID will be the one that appears on the tax forms generated for that account.
Shareholders will be able to elect electronic delivery of statements and trade confirmations, however there may be a delay before paper statements stop and electronic notification of online statement availability begins.
